Resolution 2022-14 requires anyone wishing to connect a driveway to a City Street or install a culvert to obtain a permit from the Building Inspector to ensure that contract work is performed per all Town of Centerville codes, ordinances, plans, and conditions. Please download the Driveway/Culvert Permit Application and return it to the Building Inspector with the appropriate fees and documentation before starting any work.
