Are you considering opening a business within the city limits of Centerville?  If so, please visit the TN Department of Revenue website www.tn.gov/revenue.  

Effective as of 6/4/2021:  When you are ready to apply for your license, use the business license application form, download located above, to get approval from the Business Office.  Fill it out, and then return to the Centerville business office with your $15 application fee, and give both to Kasey Bates, Business Office Manager.
