The Centerville Police Department reported the following matters in recent days, according to reports held by the department and documents on file in Hickman County General Sessions Court:
— On July 26, Cravin E. Hogan, 47, of Goodlettsville, was arrested and charged with possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. According to Officer Kolbi Reed’s report, he made a traffic stop on Highway 100 at Hickman Springs Road on a vehicle whose license plate was registered to another vehicle. A narcotics dog indicated drugs were present. A search turned up 26 syringes, three of them containing fentanyl and a container containing white residue. Charged with driving while her license was revoked was Izabella L. Phemister, 27, of Cedar Hill.
— On July 26, James M. Harris Jr., 53, of Lyles, was arrested and charged with felony theft. According to Officer Dillan Cheeves’ report, Jake Marshall Service, Inc., reported that the suspect, an employee, had a truck but had not come in for two days. The vehicle was tracked to Quality Inn in Centerville. Missing from it were items valued at $1,535, including a manometer and a nitro regulator.
— On July 28, Kashaya K. Robinson, 27, of Tennessee, was cited for possession of a small bag of marijuana. According to Officer Kolbi Reed’s report, he encountered a gray Kia traveling at 63 miles per hour in a 50 mph zone on Highway 50 West and made a traffic stop. The smell of marijuana led to the discovery of the illegal substance.
