The Centerville Police Department reported the following matters in recent days, according to reports held by the department:
— On August 5, Cassandra G. Clay, 53, of Monroe, Ga., and Darrell C. Cross, 58, of Bon Aqua, were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Clay also was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. According to Officer Kolbi Reed’s report, he was patrolling Highway 100 near Skyview Drive when he noticed a truck failing to maintain its lane. A traffic stop was made. A search of the woman’s purse turned up two cut straws. Two small bags containing three grams of methamphetamine were found. Neither suspect admitted to owning the drug.
