The Puddin’ Path remains one of the main attractions of the National Banana Pudding Festival. The path allows festival attendees to sample many different banana pudding recipes from cooks all across the county representing non-profit organizations in the area. All proceeds from the puddin’ path will go to the non-profits.
This year’s puddin’ path flavors, and the non-profits they support, are as follows:
— Banana Moon Pie, benefiting Duck River United Methodist Charge
— The Chisel, benefiting Fairfield Church of Christ Youth
— White Chocolate and Caramel, benefiting Fairfield Friends and family Relay for Life
— Belle’s Best, benefiting Shady Grove United Methodist Church
— Puddin’ and Pearls, benefiting Centerville Women’s Club
— Lemon Icebox, benefiting Barbara’s Brigade Relay for Life
— Salted Caramel, benefiting the Children’s Tumor Foundation
— Banana Split, benefiting Combat Cancer Relay for Life
— Strawberry Banana, benefiting EHHS Culinary Arts Department
— A Tropical View benefiting The View Community Resource Coalition
The festival will take place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hickman County Fairgrounds. Tickets at the gate will be $10 for adults and $5 for kids 5-12. Children under five, as well as active military, get in free.
